How much does PetLumen cost?
Companion is $59.99 a year or $10 a month for one pet, Family is $15 a month for up to three pets with $5 for each additional pet, and PetLumen Plus is $29 a month for unlimited pets and includes behavior video scanning.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan gives you one pet profile and one AI scan every calendar month, with no card required and no expiry. It is not a trial, so it does not run out. Paid plans start at $59.99 a year or $10 a month when one pet or one scan a month stops being enough.
Can I buy one report without a plan?
Yes. You can unlock any single scan with its full report for $6.99, with no subscription. The annual Companion term is $59.99 a year.
Do I get anything for inviting a friend?
Yes. When someone you invited runs their first scan, you both get one extra free scan for that calendar month. It is not a discount or a free month, the bonus does not roll over, and you can earn up to three referral bonuses in a month.
What happens if I run out of chat messages?
You can top up 50 more Ask PetLumen messages for $5 at any time, or upgrade to a plan with a higher monthly allowance.
Which plan includes video scanning?
Behavior video scanning is available only on PetLumen Plus. Photo scan modes are included on every plan.
Can I add more pets later?
Yes. Family covers up to three pets and charges $5 a month for each additional pet. PetLumen Plus covers unlimited pets.
